link to user’s buddypress profile page

    Hi, I’m trying to link the author’s name into their buddypress profile, but it always redirect to only the members page, what is the right code for this?

    I have read some article saying to use this http://www.sample.com/members/%user_login%

    but it seems to be it’snot working anymore, what is the best solution to this?
