Linking domain and subdomains

Hello everyone,
In BaddyPress I making a few social networking sites using subdomains, so I wonder can I link them and whether the user can enter each with the same account?
For example can the site sport.org have tabs for a subdomain, and the subdomain will be a separate networks athletics/sport.org, marshalarts/sport.org, wintersports/sport.org …? For each subdomain I would prefer to be different arranged, to be a network for themselves, yet I would like to unite them in domain sport.org. and that the users can move through them with the same account.
