When a user logs in to the site. That login doesn’t carry over to other blogs. For instance:

When a user logs into http://jeffersoniansobs.org/ and then visits http://mcmurphy.jeffersoniansobs.org/ the admin bar shows me as logged out.

I am not sure when this happened in the upgrade process.

I see what you mean. I can’t imagine that bp has anything to do with that at all. Even wpmu doesn’t think I’m logged in sitewide. This is some kind of cookie domain and configuration issue. I’ve get what seems to be a valid login cookie and session cookie from logging in to the main blog but the others don’t recognize it as such.
