Looking for a "sign up on a list"-plugin

Hey, I’m looking for a plugin that will let my members sign up for on a list.
Like: Peter signs up for the list, and is “number 1”. Then Bob signs up, and is placed SECOND on that list. Then Susan signs up, and is placed THIRD aso.
Eventually I’ll be removing the members from the list, from top to bottom. First I’ll delete “number 1” – then a week or so later “number 2” aso.
Do anyone know of such a “list”-plugin?
