Making Profile Page Accessible Through WordPress Menu

    Hey everybody!

    Instead of having users click on the admin bar to see their profile page, I need to have a menu item on a regular customized wordpress menu that users can click on and will take them to their profile page.

    I searched everywhere and Just cant seem to find a solution (I am using a custom theme). Any help would be tremendously appreciated.
