Manipulating the activity page

Is it possible to continue manipulating the front of the activity page with a blog article?

I have a member who’s article continues to appear on top on the activity feed and has happened three times now. (randomly) It even states the proper time stamp as if it’s new 3 minutes ago but I know it’s not. The thing is the article in not new it’s days old.

Can he go into his admin cp and delete his article and republish it but for the same date and time once again affecting the activity feed but still being new in the past.

The reason I know he has to delete his article is because he submitted the physical URL days ago at a social network I own named blogengage and he now has eight votes. In order to keep his votes he would have to keep that exact url. or ask me to delete it.

Would this create a fresh activity feed posting? Is this possible?

After editing an article and selecting update my article once again appeared in the top of the activity list.

    This might be a bug

I think I may have found a bug but I’m not sure! It could be just with my site.

When a user updated a blog article it’s sent back to the top of the activity feed.

    Any one else experiencing this?
