Manually add Site Wide Forum support

    I am testing buddypress on my localhost. The WordPress plugin installer doesn’t work as it depends on wordpress.org/extend/plugins/ being able to connect to my installation via FTP which isn’t possible.

    How do I get the new Site Wide forums working if I can’t use the automatic WordPress plugin installer?
