BuddyPress.org

I’ve been scratching my head during hours and I can’t find any related answer to this problem.

Basically I am developing a theme with BuddyPress support and when I am logged in and write a new post or add new friends or create a new group or comment an activity it works but then when I want to add to favorite a post it does change to “remove favorite”. I can see it calls wp-load.php with status code 200 OK with the response remove favorite but when I reload it goes back to favorite and when I go to the favorite section it is empty. I am running it on my local but when I switch to the generic BP theme is works fine..

Does anyone had this similar issue? Any help would be great!
