Max size is 117kbs on avatars.

    For some reason I can not find how to change the image size of the avatars uploaded.
    Here is the errror message http://imgur.com/k7ExjAW. I have changed some stuff around in wp-config to no avail and I have changed bp-avatars-core with no effect I feel like I am doing something wrong. Oh I also have changed everything back to default once I found out it was not working.
