May I install BuddyPress witn WordPress 2.7 (not MU) and bbPress?

I have a site on WordPress and forum on bbPress. Can I add a “community features” to it with BuddyPress without installing WordPress MU?

No, not yet. Future versions you would be able to, but I’m not aware of any timescale for this yet.
