Member not showing up in Member list

Hi there, a new member signed up at my buddypress powered site, but they are not showing up in the “members” page of the website. I know they have signed up because in the WP admin, they are listed in the “users” section and they are set at “subscriber” level just like the other members.

Does anyone know why this is happening?
