Member profile link goes to homepage

    Whenever I click on a member profile, I’m taken back to the homepage. Only the admin can view profiles it seems. This also happens on the default theme. I’m using WordPress WordPress 4.2.2 and Buddypress BuddyPress 2.3.2.1

    Okay, I’ve worked out that a member can only view another profile if they are their friend. However, it’s going to be difficult to make friends if no-one can access their profile so as to add them as a friend! 🙁

    You have some custom code or another plugin that is adding that behaviour.
    It is not default BP behaviour.

    Thanks for your reply. You’re right, it was a part of my theme settings! Took me ages to figure that out! 😞
