Member\'s Area Template CSS

I’m having trouble with some CSS on my template in the member’s area. The issue is when someone is logged in or not and I can’t figure out what is pushing the sidebar down.
Here’s a couple of screen shots, one logged in, one not, to show what I mean (note the sidebar on the right):

I don’t see any major differences in the CSS between the 2. And I can’t find any divs or anything that would be pushing the sidebar down. Does anyone have any thoughts?
I can post some of the CSS if anyone would need it. I know it’s probably hard to diagnose from screen shots…
