Members can't post updates, 404 error.

Some of the members on my site http://www.knack-shack.com can’t post updates. They type in what they want to post, then click submit. Their post disappears and is never displayed, I am losing members because of this. Sometimes their post appears on their profile page, but when clicked it leads to the 404 cannot be found page. I am perplexed, please helllp meee.
