Members Page Will Not Associate with Buddypress

When I try to associate the page called ‘Members’ with the members directory in the BuddyPress settings panel it refuses to save the settings. There is no error in the PHP error logs or anywhere that I can find. When I click ‘Save settings’ the page reloads with nothing selected as the members page.

There is a notice called ‘The following active BuddyPress Components do not have associated WordPress Pages: Members. Repair‘. When I click on ‘Repair‘ again nothing happens. How can I resolve this?

Try associating the members page with a different page, does that work?

No pages will register, however WP says that the settings are saved.

I also have Buddypress Version 2.9.3 and WordPress Version 4.9.4
