[Resolved] Member's visibility

    Hello,

    Thank you for your amazing service! I really benefit from this forum.

    I tried to find something relating to this, but I did not find anything similar. I am facing some instability relating to the visibility of members on the members pages.

    When I click on members link I can view all 20 members on that page, but when I try to go to the next page or the third page,… etc. I get blank pages. Any ideas for what may be happening??

    Lately I had installed 2 plugins Community Activity On Profile Plug In and Multisite User Management Plugin. However, I tried deactivating both plugins but it did not eliminate the issue…

    I think I know what is causing the issue. However, I need some help to get it fixed. I tried to click on Member’s 3rd page, then right clicked on a member’s name and copied the link to their profile. I opened a new browser window and I pasted that link and I changed http:// to https:// and it worked fine!

    Is there a code that will enforce https:// on all member’s pages? I would really appreciate it if someone can help me fix this issue.

    Multisite User Management Plugin

    Is the issue happening for the users you added through this plugin? How about for those which registered the regular route or you (admin)?

    I opened a new browser window and I pasted that link and I changed http:// to https:// and it worked fine!

    Could be that you have not properly configured your http-server software. I would suggest you contact support of your hosting provider to help as they would know what’s required for your plan/package much better than we at the support forums would.

    BB version is 2.2.1
    WP Version is 4.1.1

    Issue is happening to all members that are on members page 2 and up

    Yes support were the ones that have installed SSL Certificate for me. I also checked with them and they rechecked and all seems to be looking fine at their end.

    I installed WP https plugin, and it works on all other pages except members pages (not sure why!!)

    Thank you very much for your attempt to help. I tried adding /members/ as a URL filter in WP HTTPS Plugin settings and it solved the issue I am having.

    All members pages are working fine now.
