Migrating BuddyPress back to WordPress Profiles

We’re not using the interactivity portion of BuddyPress, just the profiles. To that end I’m considering uninstalling BuddyPress, and just migrating the profiles back to standard WP ones. There isn’t a lot of documentation out there on this.
We are using extended profiles, and there are a legion of fields (we use this for a multipart survey of sorts). I’m trying to visualize how we’d migrate this back to WP user profiles.
I can add meta fields to the profile obviously, and then its just a migration issue, to match what’s in the survey. However, are there considerations I haven’t made?
