BuddyPress.org

Hi, I see other posts about this but none specifically for my problem. Any help is appreciated. We’ve created a custom wordpress theme that has now been applied to the buddypress section of the site. The problem is that the right column side bar with the log in, activity, members, and groups is missing. How do I get those integrated into the site and which files do I need to work on? Please let me know if you need a link or a screenshot. Thanks in advance.
