Missing User Profile

    Hi, I am facing issue accessing some user profiles.
    When I click on the user profile, some profiles correctly directed me to the bp profile page.

    Some profiles directed me to the members page.
    When I try to key in the profile page URL of those users,it shows an 404 error.

    Why do some users have bp profile but not all? I checked the wp native user profile and compare between users with/without bp profile, they have the same account access level.
