mobile / admin bar / logged out

logged out users in normal resolutions sees login link, registration link and search form.
in mobile resolutions (less than 800px as far as i remember) they disappear and the admin bar is just blank.
a logged in user sees the mobile version of admin bar in front end with all links, so it’s not the issue with my theme.
is it a bug or a feature to hide login, registration and search in mobile admin bar?
i’m using WP 3.8 and BP 1.9
