Has anybody taken on the topic of content/member moderation?

We would greatly appreciate to be able to

• have anyone flag content. A shout should be sent to the moderators, e.g. about stolen pictures, clips or inappropriate comments on event’s or group’s wires,
• freeze accounts temporarily without deleting them, i.e. when there is a severe, ongoing dispute between a member and the moderators.
