Moved Buddypress Menu now some links won't work

Okay guys I was able to move the member-header.php user navigation menu into the left-sidebar.php which was created in one of the developer’s bp-columns theme, but now some of the links don’t work like okay I have two plugins like event where user can add their own events or links where users can submit their links and so on, and when you click on these menus and you go to their page, and let’s say you want to click activity menu option again, it shows page not found. and in general there are tons of broken links, is there anything I can do about this?
