My dashboard returning me to members page

I have installed buddypress (current version) with wordpress but am having trouble getting the simplest of things to work. When I try to access My Dashboard as the admin, it returns me to the members page. I’m not sure what is going on because other members of the site are returned to their dashboard. This has to be something simple. The site is http://ls.physicianpracticespecialists.com
