Hello i am actively using buddypress social media, but my website keeps crashing everyday and buddypress taking 30 cpu core and exhausting memories always on vps.

In log is keeps running too many ajax and php instance. Please we need urgent personal help to solve this issue and we have increased our vps to the limits and this keeps happening.
