Need a Bit of help: User Accounts

    Hello All,

I would like to use buddy press so user accounts can have access to the back end of their profile. I would like to ensure the user has the ability to input data into static plugins on their user page.

Recently I decided to implement a website that will use plugins to direct traffic to a users buddypress account. Specifically we are placing plugins that will redirect pictures, events and comments from Facebook. The issue for us is there is no way for a user account to link or sync itself to buddy press and Facebook. What we are left to doing is creating a static page for the user in which they can have access to backend of the plugins.

The issue we have encountered thus far is creating accounts in the buddypress which would allow the user to see and manipulate their own profiles backends. I want the user to have the power to modify their own page but of course nothing more beyond the page. It would be ideal if the method adopted was easy to manage for the users sake.

Please give me direction here. I am not sure if the idea we had is the best option, perhaps there are alternatives we dont know about.

    Please advise! Thank you.
