Need a link to each users profile page

Hey, I need to make a link on the homepage to lead to the edit profile page, but that page is unique to each user. So how do I set up the link to it? what i have right now is `` after members needs to be the username

This forum desperately needs a working search capability, as well better structure for the forums themselves, ..
