I need a developer to help us rewrite/customize the way BP handles URLs/SLUGs

domain.com/members/user

to

domain.com/user

from what I’ve been told, core files would need to be rewritten so that wordpress thinks all urls belong to BP and then if a valid user cannot be found, it gives the URL back to WP

Im hoping a hour or so of your time will allow us to know if this is possible at all…(without breaking blogs, wires, activity, etc) then if it is possible, we would pay you to rewrite these files for us.

if this could be written as a bp-custom.php or plugin, that would be the perfect scenario.. however this may not be possible considering the complexity of the change.. in which case a core hack would be ok
