I already have three blogs and they are OK but right now I try to add another three ones without any success

WP/BP versions? Re recently created blogs – are these blogs created by users and/OR blogs created via Group Blog plugin? If so, let’s look at each kind separately.
If you’re only using Group Blogs plugin for the recently created blogs, know that this plugin has not been updated for latest WP/BP versions which could mean the difference between showing up in navigation or not, among other things. Double-check backend of sites not showing up in navigation – if Settings > Privacy is not set to “Block search engines …. ” because if so, that site will not show up in any auto-generated list.

No, I don’t use GroupBlog plugin for creating blogs, it’s just the only plugin with frontend dropdown list by which I can see that there’re blogs on a site. Also, I see this blogs in admin panel in the backend, I can manage them, add themes or change some options, but they don’t appear in the frontend. Last things what I’ve done on a site is just setting official import WP-plugins (rss-inport, livejornal-import).
Right now I just have created one site as the administrator, all has passed successfully, the site has appeared in menus. As soon as I try to create blogs as the usual user they aren’t displayed in the menu. But are exist (in database).
Today, one of them (“hidden” blogs) is appeared in the blog list, but not in the profile of an author. And indicated last writing isnt the same as really last post into the blog. I did nothing last night so I’m interesting what the pfff is going on! 
Where’s the second blog in lists? Why it still hiding?
