New members not showing in Activity feed

We have been adding new members and it is no longer showing the activity feed. It used to show each time a new member was added.

Also, when we approve a new member, they are still showing under the Admin Approval tab on the backend. They show approved, but they still show under the approval tab. Once approved they used to disappear from this tab.

We are using BuddyPress 11.1 and Reign Theme with Elementor 3.12.1. I have tried disabling this theme and using the Twenty Twenty-Three theme but still had the same issue.

I’m having issues too. I contacted Elementor for support. They confirmed the conflict between Buddypress and Elementor but refused to fix it saying it was an third party (Buddypress) problem and not theirs. (I already submitted a ticket to BP but haven’t had a response yet.)

And just like you – it doesn’t matter which theme I use because my Elementor built Buddypress login/registration template/page still won’t work as long as Buddypress is enabled. I can’t even open the template to edit it as long as Buddypress is enabled.

I’m following your ticket here to see it will help bring attention to BP devs to fix this problem.

@coralbeauty, thanks for the info about the conflict. Let’s hope BP can fix this.

I’m also experiencing issues with my Elementor built Buddypress login/registration template/page, and after contacting Elementor for support, they confirmed a conflict with Buddypress. However, they refused to address the issue, claiming it was a third-party problem with Buddypress. I’ve submitted a ticket to BP but haven’t received a response yet. Unfortunately, the problem persists regardless of the theme used, and I can’t even edit the template with Buddypress enabled. I’m keeping an eye on this ticket to see if it can help draw attention from BP developers to resolve this issue.
