New plugin: BP MPO Activity Filter

Just wrote a new plugin to address the problems with the way the More Privacy Options for WPMu was incompatible with the BP activity stream. In short, it removes activity items from bp_has_activities for visitors who shouldn’t have permission to see the item. See here: http://teleogistic.net/code/buddypress/bp-mpo-activity-filter/
