new Theming basics

    I read that to style your own theme, you put a “css/buddypress.css” in your theme directory. Activates just fine. Only problem is, every BP page so far has DOM elements that don’t even show up when I do that. It’s hard to style elements that I can’t see.

    Another option is to do all my BP styling with “!important” … not my cup of tea.

    And third option I guess is to go through entire BP hierarchy by hand..

    Am I missing some approach that just dumps ALL content on the page and lets me write my own CSS?

    ( Edit : it’s not so bad as I thought at first. There are some toggles that have to be re-created because they’re missing their starting CSS, and my the header background image is missing, but most other content seems to be there.. )
