new to BP

I am trying to setup a members club and groups area for our community using a subdomain http://comcentre.moretonbay.biz/ to the main site http://moretonbay.biz/
I am using BP and s2 member together.
Confused as to what to do next!
Can someone help?
or direct me to clear instructions?

Invite people to join the site via email and/or Invite Anyone Plugin https://wordpress.org/extend/plugins/invite-anyone/

Can someone tell me if the BP is setup OK(ie groups, forum, members etc
