New User Login Issues

    I created a new user on my website with buddypress installed: http://www.fitness101.nz

    After activating the new user (new email, different browser) it fails to login.

    After disabling the Limit Login Attempts plugin I try again – this time it alerts

    “ACCOUNT PENDING: Your account is currently not active. An administrator needs to activate your account before you can login.”

    However the account is in fact activated – it was activated via the email link and also with my admin login I can see it is an activated user.

    Any suggestions on this?

    It turns out it is my All in One WP Security plugin causing the issue.

    Is there a way to tell what setting in the plugin is causing the interference so I do not have to disable the plugin?

    Ahh – i figured it.

    Security plugins have a new user registration approval section I had to disable.
