No one can use Buddy Press, redirects all users back to front page main blog?

Whenever anybody besides admin tries to click on any link in the buddy press bar it redirects them back to the from page of main blog, cannot figure it out at all?

Anyone have suggestions, it redirects some users back to front page without allowing them to do anything, they cannot access thier profile or anything, come on anybody have ideas, also when i go to members list or group list it goes to front page with a horrible looking layout with tabs 3 times over and over and over, also ajax is not functioning, just keeps going and going!
