Not allowing new group addition

    I created two groups without problems. I tried to add a third, and it will not allow me to do so. The screen comes up to allow me to create the name and description, but when I try to click the button that actually makes it happen, I get the universal “no” icon.

    BP does not limit the number of groups that can be created.
    Perhaps some other code on your site does so.
    What is the universal “no” icon ?
