Not Regeristing?

    I fill out the registration page click submit the page blinks like its registering and it goes back to the Create An Account page with fields still filled in the registration page. Does not register and no email confirmation. Running WordPress 3.3.1 and latest Buddypress. The anyone can register box is checked. Any help would be appreciated.
