its possible to change the notif messaging in admin bar. to notif “news” recent pages and articles ?

i want a plugin ..like facebook notification. when someone create a post or a new page.

There is no plugin which does what you want at this time. If you know how to code, you might want to add admin notification for new post/page to this free plugin http://buddydev.com/plugins/buddypress-live-notification/ or consider hiring a developer to do so.
