Notification reply 404 error

I have an issue on my site VicsLab.com. If someone leaves a reply to a user’s comment, a notification will go to the user but clicking on it will go to a 404 page.
When testing, I deactivated all plugins except BuddyPress and switched the theme to Twenty Sixteen. On my profile, I posted to a test user (ex., @test comment). I logged into test account and clicked on notification to go to comment, then left a reply to that comment. Back at my account, it shows a notification for the reply, but when I click on it, a 404 page will show up.
Permalink settings are set at post name. I have the latest updates:
Wordpress 4.8.1
BuddyPress 2.9.0
