Okay, thought I had a line on this one, but still nothing ….

Rather than bug you super-helpful guys again, I’ve been trying to find a way to change this error message so non-registered visitors will know they have to register (vs. thinking the forums are empty).

I’ve been Googling extensively, have looked into plugins and functions, but I just don’t know how to go about it!

You can change text strings like “Oh bother! No forums were found here!” in core by adding filters in your theme’s functions.php file
