Only Activation Email doesn’t go

Hello I’ve a wordpress side which had email issues. I installed WP SMTP Email plugin and solve most of the issue. However, when user registers on my site only the activation email isn’t sent. They don’t even get registered in email logs. Can someone help me fix this issue?
