Only Site Admin (Super Admin) can delete activity from the activity feed?

Hi,

On the site I’m looking after I’d like to be able to give the permission to delete activity to a usergroup (or even a specific user). Currently only I (the Super Admin) can delete activity.

How would I go about doing so?

The site is running WordPress MU 2.9.2 and BuddyPress 1.2.3
