page editor missing “visual”

    My page editor only has html. The “visual” and “html” tabs that are usually in the upper right of the page editor are missing. I have no tool bar for basic editing.

    Page editor is a WP issue. Deactivate all plugins and change to Twenty Eleven theme then work from there to determine which changed your WP page editor.
