“Page not found” I know the source of the problem… Don’t know how to fix

All the groups seen here are blocked by the random /forum string at the end of the permalink. Without the /forum permalink at the end the groups work fine, however I don’t know how to get rid of it. Help would be greatly appreciated 😀
