Page Not Found on User Nav Buttons

Stuff: WP3.0.1 BP1.2..5 HostGator, Addon Domain, Linux CentOS, No Customization or additional Plugins, All fresh install.
Problem: When I create a user blog within the parent blog I am unable to click on Activity, Members, Groups, Forums and Blogs without getting a “Page Not Found”, Also, don’t know if this is related, but header image shows home not the created blog header. http://caminobuddies.com http://caminobuddies.com/hedgehog
I have read through here and tried suggestions but with no avail.
