Pagination in forums, BuddyPress with the Streamline Theme Add-on

Using BuddyPress 1.2.3, with GenesisBuddy and Streamline 1.1:
WordPres 2.9.2
Firefox 3.6.3

Problem:
1. On the forums, if there is more than one page of comments on a particular Topic, pagination shows.
2. BUT if I click on Page 2, or on the arrow indicating to go to Page 2, “nothing” happens.
3. HOWEVER, if I right-click on the Page 2 link, or on the arrow link, and Select Open Link in New Tab, the Page 2 content shows properly!
4. The pagination works properly when I display the Members pages; in fact, it works properly when changing from Page 1 to Page 2, etc., and also backwards.
Specifically, please look at this page: http://sandal-woodsblog.com/groups/power-tools/forum/topic/resawing-on-the-band-saw/ and try to navigate to Page 2.
Where do I change the code to make pagination work properly?
