Paid support to fix a problem?

I am prepared to pay for a fix please if someone can help?
I am running a not for profit website http://www.cciwi.org running BuddyPress on the 2010 Weaver theme for which I have completed the compatibility process. However, the members Page wont align properly. http://www.cciwi.org/members/
The instructions to fix this misalignment on the BuddyPress theme compatibility page are just too complicated to follow.
If there is a developer out there or a competent website genius who can fix this for me (if I give you temp administrator access) for a reasonable charge and who will respect the confidentiality and integrity of the site, please can you let me know? This is my only bug and really needs to be fixed.
