Im finding this the most disorganised forum I have used in ages!

What no way to subscribe to a thread?
No way to read threaded comments?
No list of groups by category, only by group name?

Is this the best Buddypress can do?
Maybe this site needs bbpress?

BuddyPress only has very limited forum support. A bbpress plugin beta was scheduled for Sept 15 but has not materialised yet.
You are right that this site’s support area would be better served by an independent forum implementation. It’s very difficult to follow threads and find previously discussed topics.

Narada Das, this is not a constructive post and the tone of your message does not help. For what it’s worth, we do use bbPress (you used it to post this topic). We’re also aware that we can improve the site and genuinely intend to do so.

I am going to close this topic as there is no positive benefit. If you, or anyone else, can see something specifically that we can do in the short-term to improve this site, take a screenshot and mock it up and show us. We can then look at it and implement it.
