BuddyPress.org

seems like they always find way no matter what i try. so we employed the private messaging for friends only plugin to prevent pm spamming but now they are just doing their spam messages publicly. :/ so here’s my question i know that bbpress has throttle settings but i thought i had heard or read somewhere that there were throttle setting for buddypress as well did i imagine that?

also would akismet eventually learn to spam these messages as well?
