Photo upload and Error 500 message

Hi: BBpress works great but I noticed a problem with photo upload at the ‘group’ level. When I go through a group photo uplad… when it reached http://sitehere.com/members/admin/groups/create/step/3 an 500 error message kicks in. Any idea? It’s right after u click on “crop or full size.”
