I get this error :

[26-Sep-2014 08:30:01] WordPress database error Duplicate entry ‘plugin buddypress-3e4c9c2f65c064f07f8ef075fd946a2c’ for key ‘context_name’ for query UPDATE wp_icl_strings SET name = ‘3e4c9c2f65c064f07f8ef075fd946a2c’ WHERE context = ‘plugin buddypress’ AND name = ’09b57733b0c38d449fe713f0eb8b090a’ made by require_once(‘wp-load.php’), require_once(‘wp-config.php’), require_once(‘wp-settings.php’), do_action(‘init’), call_user_func_array, bpml_update_email_notifications_strings, icl_rename_string

What do this mean ?

Is this a riddle ? When you get an error, you must say what you did and whith what !
BP version, theme, plugin. Thx.

Sorry.

All my plugins are up to date :
wp : 4.0
BuddyPress : 2.1
Theme : sweet date 2.6.3

First.. i didnt do anything. Not as far as i know.
I checked the php_errors.log and it was full of this error type.

So i wanted to know if this is a serious error that could affect my site in a bad way.

i believe that wp_icl_strings is related to a multilingual plugin, like wpml or buddypress-multilingual.

Deactivate it and see what happen.

wp_icl_strings is used by WPML, and I think this error might be being caused using https://wordpress.org/plugins/buddypress-multilingual/. You need to contact the author of that plugin on the WordPress.org plugins support forum:
